SHIPPING AND DEADLINES
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It depends on where you are.

Belgium: 2-4 business days.

Spain and the rest of Europe: 5-10 days.
(We also offer hand-delivery in Brussels — just send us a WhatsApp message!)

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to several European countries. If your country isn't listed in the checkout, send us a message and we'll sort it out.

Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes! If you're in Brussels, you can choose free hand-delivery. Send us a message to coordinate this. 😊

 

♻️ EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
What if it doesn't fit? Can I return it?
Yes. You can exchange or return it within 14 days of receiving your order. We only ask that the garment be unworn and with its original tag.

Does CLOT Fitness Wear cover return shipping costs?
For now, the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, but if the garment arrives with any defects, we'll take full responsibility!

Can I exchange the size?
Of course. Just write to us, indicating your order number and the size you need.

 

📏 SIZES AND FIT
How do I know which size to choose?
We have a size guide to help you (you can find it here).
Additionally, we indicate on each product whether the garment is regular, large, or fitted.

Are the garments unisex or do they have specific cuts?
We carry both lines: garments with men's and women's cuts, but also some oversized and unisex styles. We indicate this in the description of each product.

How should I wash my CLOT clothing?
To make it last a long time (and always look like new):

Wash inside out, in cold water.

Do not use bleach or fabric softener.

Air dry.

Avoid the dryer (it'll give your clothes more life!).

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), Bancontact, PayPal, and other local payment methods depending on the country.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
If it hasn't been shipped yet, yes. Please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email, and we'll see how we can help you.
